Maps help guide us from where we are to where we’re going. We use maps with our clients to help guide them from where they are to where they’re going. The best maps don’t tell us what to do. They help us make those decisions for ourselves. These are tools to gain cleaner thinking, a clearer direction and stronger alignment and useful action. All necessary as we guide clients through their most important change work.

Community Events

Discover
Each month, you’ll have the opportunity to experience using a framework, tool, or exploring a particular mindset shift for yourself, your team, your business.
Design
After discovering, the next step is to design how you’ll use it with your clients and communities. This is a tailored, co-creation session to customize how you’ll use it.
Deploy
After you design it, it’s time to deploy it. That means testing with others, unearthing roadblocks and making a plan for how you’ll bring it into context.
Connect with others on the same journey. All half-day community events are virtual and interactive. Catalyst members can join one, two or all three each month. The events are held 9 months of the year with a break in July, August and December.
